We do support calling from all countries but due to some credit card restrictions, payments with credit cards from some countries are not possible and as a consequence calling will not be enabled there. You can check the list of unsupported countries here.

If you want to make a call to your phonebook contacts while logged in to Nimbuzz:
Go to the "Call" tab > Click on the top bar on the "Call" tab > Select NimbuzzOut as your VoIP provider > Go back to phonebook > Select a contact from your Nimbuzz phonebook and click on it. The call will start immediately!

Make sure that all the phone numbers in your phonebook are in international format. To avoid any formatting problems, always start the number with "+" followed by the country code and the phone number.'

If you want to dial a number that's not in your phonebook while logged into Nimbuzz:
Go to the "Call" tab > Click on the top bar showing "Dial a number" > Do not forget to start with a "+" followed by the country code (e.g.: + 44 and phone number if you are calling UK)

To avoid any formatting problems, always start the number with "+" followed by the country code and the phone number.

To make a call using NimbuzzOut for PC, select the "Dialpad" tab and enter the number you wish to call. Remember to include the international dialing code.

To change your VoIP provider, click on your NimbuzzOut balance, select "VoIP provider settings", choose the "SIP provider" button, select your SIP provider from the list and enter your username and password.

When calling a phonebook contact or dialing a phone number, your own phone number will not be visible. "Unknown" or "Blank" will be shown on the phone screen of the call receiver.
In some cases it is even possible that a random number may be shown, depending on the operator and country you are calling.

To test the audio we recommend you call "Jimmy the Test Bot". If you can hear and record yourself for a few seconds, it will mean that you are able to place a call and the sound quality is correct.

If you have problems calling or hearing "Jimmy the Test Bot" please contact us at nimbuzzout-support@nimbuzz.com and provide the following information:

• Your Nimbuzz username (e.g. Username123)
• Nimbuzz client and version in use (e.g. Symbian 2.2)
• Type of internet connection (e.g.: 3G, GPRS, Wi-Fi, etc...)
• The name of your Operator and country (e.g.: Vodafone in the UK)
• The country and number you tried to dial (if applicable)

Call rates vary depending on where you want to call. Please check our rates with our rate calculator per country.

Nimbuzz uses a data connection, and charges by your operator will apply unless you have an unlimited data plan or use a free Wi-Fi hotspot. Please check with your mobile operator for more information. We recommend that you use an unlimited (flat rate) data plan, which you can get from your operator.

You can buy credits from our website or within the Nimbuzz application:
Go to the "Call" tab > Click on the top bar on the "Call" tab > Select NimbuzzOut as your VoIP provider> Click on Buy Credit > Follow the instructions on screen

To buy credits using NimbuzzOut for PC, click on your NimbuzzOut balance in the top right corner of the client and select the "Buy NimbuzzOut Credit". You will automatically be taken to the NimbuzzOut buying page.

Yes. You will receive a confirmation via e-mail indicating the cost of your purchase. You can also login to our website and check your buying history and obtain a copy of your purchase details.

Currently we accept payments using the following credit cards: Visa and MasterCard. We are considering other methods such as PayPal for implementation in the future.

No, there are no subscription fees. NimbuzzOut is a prepaid service.

As long as you use NimbuzzOut at least once every 6 months your credits won't expire.
We will send you an e-mail once a week before you reach the 6 month expiry date if you are not using your NimbuzzOut credits.

Nimbuzz will not charge you for incoming calls. While we do not hand out specific Nimbuzz phone numbers to our users, incoming calls that are not incoming VoIP calls are not related to Nimbuzz. Check your operator for more details about the costs of incoming international calls.

When you select a credit card as your payment option you must ensure that you enter all your information correctly, otherwise we cannot accept your order.

Please also ensure that the billing address you enter matches the billing address for your card.

We do not accept debit cards; we only accept payments from credit cards.

Note:
To use a credit card for an online transaction it is necessary to have international transactions enabled and available funds in your account. Please check those details with your bank.

If, after checking with your bank, there are no issues with your credit card balance and you have international transactions enabled, please send an e-mail to nimbuzzout-support@nimbuzz.com with the following information:

• Any error message you received when trying to make a payment
• Any other information that might be relevant

To prevent fraud and for security reasons, NimbuzzOut users cannot purchase more than $53 of calling credit per week.

Yes. When you try to buy credits you can either use your previous credit card details or choose to use other credit card.

Our charges are calculated on rates which you can check here and the time spent on every call.

Nimbuzz has a strict 'no refunds' policy and all sales are final.
There are no refunds unless there is an extended system-wide outage of service encompassing all of the following: local access, toll-free access, domestic termination, and international termination, or other system failures as determined by Nimbuzz BV at its sole discretion.
