Location: Cordoba, Argentina

Job Summary
Verifies that product operates as designed. Provides technical expertise in testing and product knowledge. Provides accurate estimates and reports the testing progress. Writes Test Procedures, and under direction, Test Plans.

Duties and responsibilities
•    test software releases during the product development
•    assist in the preparation of test plans and test scripts.
•    ensure high quality and accuracy is maintained through to software release.
•    prepare and maintain test plans for use on automated testing tools.
•    prepare a test plan and test scripts to test each software component and demonstrate the business condition under test and the expected results.
•    provide feedback to the development team and ensure the work is carried out in accordance with the schedule and the quality requirements.
•    provide estimates and feedback to the Software Development Manager for project scheduling purposes.

•    thorough knowledge of structured test methods and processes
•    proven experience of testing complex user interfaces
•    ability to meet deadlines and to adapt to the changing needs of a project
•    strong communication skills, both in writing and orally
•    English: can read and write well enough to be able to communicate with peer QA
•    experience of testing using an automated test tool such as QA Run or Winrunner
•    experience of testing Windows Software Applications / Database applications produced using VB, C#, Access, SQL Server.
